1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Cytisum Digital Consulting's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.

Cytisum Digital Consulting provides digital transformation consulting services, including but not limited to:

• Digital strategy development
• Business process automation
• AI solution implementation
• Business analytics services
• Technology infrastructure consulting

3. Intellectual Property

The service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music, and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Cytisum Digital Consulting.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information for service delivery
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
• Using our services in a manner consistent with these terms

5. Payment Terms

Our service fees are structured as follows:

• Strategy and consulting services: $230/hour
• Implementation services: $160/hour
• Subscription services: Monthly billing
• Custom project pricing available upon request

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and project details. Our confidentiality obligations survive the termination of our service agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

Cytisum Digital Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify clients of any material changes to these terms.
